PokerHub is a mobile app that helps players, dealers, and hosts stay organized by letting them create poker clubs, set up events, and track every transaction during a game—so it’s always clear who owes what. It makes running and settling games easier, faster, and fair for everyone.

To define the main jobs to be done, I needed to align with stakeholders and truly understand the experiences of poker players and dealers. I interviewed the founders and one of the dealers to learn about their mental models, needs, and expectations, which helped the creation of a user-centered information architecture.
